Account Registration & Management

To create an account on the 2 Lakh platform, you must provide accurate and truthful information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address submitted at registration must be your own. Registering with false information may result in your account being closed at any time, and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses forfeited. If multiple members of the same household share a device or IP address, please notify our support team in advance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@2lakh.bet. Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use 2 Lakh. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Under no circumstances are minors (under 18) permitted to use the platform. You may be asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence for age verification.

You must ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in your country or region. Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction will result in account closure.

Betting Rules

Certain rules must be followed when placing bets on 2 Lakh. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, where the 2 Lakh cashout feature is active, partial or full cashout may be available under specific conditions.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each event and market. These limits may vary depending on the event and time. 2 Lakh reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

Result Determination

All betting outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sporting authority. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded. Cricket results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method will also be considered valid.

Erroneous Odds

If any odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human mistake (e.g., below 1.01 or abnormally high), 2 Lakh reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.

Payment & Withdrawal Policy

2 Lakh supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited instantly. Withdrawals typically take up to 24 hours to process; however, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment methods.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same where applicable.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Before using any bonus or promotional offer from 2 Lakh, please read the specific terms and conditions for each offer carefully. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only — once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering multiplier (typically 10x–30x).
• Bets placed with bonus funds will count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 2 Lakh reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 2 Lakh's terms and conditions. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or spot fixing.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Hacking or fraudulently accessing another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Running multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's odds or systems in any way.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards other players.

Privacy & Data Protection

2 Lakh takes your personal data seriously. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, payment processing, and customer support. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

Account Closure & Suspension

2 Lakh reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice. Accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit the required documents.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any withdrawable funds will be returned to you before the account is closed.

Responsible Gaming

Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact support@2lakh.bet with full details. Our team will get back to you within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may submit a request through our escalation process.

All dispute resolution processes at 2 Lakh are fair and transparent. We review every complaint without bias. The final decision on any dispute rests with 2 Lakh and is binding on all parties.

Terms & Conditions Update

2 Lakh reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
